[English Below] ខេត្តកំពង់ឆ្នាំង៖ នាថ្ងៃសុក្រ ៤រោច ខែអស្សុជ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី៣០ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តម ឈឹម សៅគី រដ្ឋលេខាធិការប្រចាំការ តំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ ឯកឧត្តម ឆាយ ឫទ្ធិសែន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ បានអញ្ជើញដឹកនាំគណៈកម្មការអន្តរក្រសួង រួមមាន ក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ និងក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ចុះត្រួតពិនិត្យ វាយតម្លៃ និងបញ្ចប់សុពលភាពលើការងារថែទាំខួបផ្លូវ ចំនួន ២គម្រោង នៅខេត្តកំពង់ឆ្នាំង ដូចខាងក្រោម៖ ១. គម្រោងទី១៖ ការងារថែទាំខួបផ្លូវផ្សារត្រាច-វត្តព្រះធាតុ ដោយក្រាលកៅស៊ូពីរជាន់ (DBST) ចំនួន មួយខ្សែ ប្រវែង ៥ ៣៥០ ម៉ែត្រ, ទទឹង ៦ ម៉ែត្រ និងក្រាលបេតុងចំនួន ២ទីតាំង ប្រវែងសរុប ៣០០ ម៉ែត្រ, ទទឹង ៧ ម៉ែត្រ (ត្រង់ គ.ម. ០៦+០០០ និង គ.ម. ១១+៦៥០) ព្រមទាំងគូសគំនូសចរាចរណ៍ទំហំ ១ ១៣០ ម៉ែត្រការ៉េ ស្ថិតនៅក្នុងឃុំស្វាយ, ឃុំត្បែងខ្ពស់, ឃុំស្វាយជុក និងឃុំពាម ស្រុកសាមគ្គីមានជ័យ ខេត្តកំពង់ឆ្នាំង។ ២. គម្រោងទី២៖ ការងារថែទាំខួបផ្លូវ ចំនួន ១កំណាត់ ប្រវែង ៦ ០០០ ម៉ែត្រ (ផ្លូវក្រាលកៅស៊ូពីរជាន់ DBST ប្រវែង ៥ ៧៥០ ម៉ែត្រ, ទទឹង ៦ ម៉ែត្រ និងក្រាលបេតុង ប្រវែង ២៥០ ម៉ែត្រ, ទទឹង ៧ ម៉ែត្រ) ព្រមទាំងគូសគំនូសចរាចរណ៍ទំហំ ១ ២០០ ម៉ែត្រការ៉េ (ចាប់ពី គ.ម. ០០+០០០ ដល់ គ.ម. ០៦+០០០) ស្ថិតនៅក្នុងឃុំស្វាយ, ឃុំត្បែងខ្ពស់, ឃុំស្វាយជុក និងឃុំពាម ស្រុកសាមគ្គីមានជ័យ ខេត្តកំពង់ឆ្នាំង (បញ្ចប់សុពលភាព) អនុវត្តដោយនាយកដ្ឋានអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធផ្លូវជនបទ។
កិច្ចត្រួតពិនិត្យ និងវាយតម្លៃនេះ មានការចូលរួមពី ឯកឧត្តម ឈន សេដ្ឋា អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ, ឯកឧត្តម បាន បូរ័ត្ន អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ, ក្រុមការងារ គ.ត.វ. នៃក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ, តំណាងនាយកដ្ឋានអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធផ្លូវជនបទ, តំណាងអង្គភាពលទ្ធកម្ម, លោកប្រធានមន្ទីរអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទខេត្តកំពង់ឆ្នាំង និងមន្ត្រីបច្ចេកទេស។
ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការប្រចាំការ បានជួបសំណេះសំណាលជាមួយប្រជាពលរដ្ឋរស់នៅតាមដងផ្លូវទាំងនេះ ដោយពួកគាត់បានសម្តែងនូវក្តីរំភើបរីករាយយ៉ាងខ្លាំងចំពោះសមិទ្ធផលថ្មីដែលទទួលបានពីរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា តាមរយៈក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ ក្នុងការសម្រួលដល់ការធ្វើដំណើរ លើកកម្ពស់សុខុមាលភាព និងជំរុញកំណើនសេដ្ឋកិច្ច-សង្គមនៅក្នុងមូលដ្ឋាន។
ជាមួយគ្នានេះដែរ គណៈកម្មាធិការអន្តរក្រសួង បានណែនាំដល់ភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធឱ្យកែសម្រួលបច្ចេកទេសមួយចំនួន រួមមាន៖ ១. នាយកដ្ឋានអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធផ្លូវជនបទ ត្រូវជួសជុលឡើងវិញត្រង់ចំណុច គ.ម. ០៤+០០០ កន្លែងក្បាលលូមូលដែលបានបាក់ស្រុត និងបន្ថែមបង្គោលសុវត្ថិភាព។ ២. មន្ទីរអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទខេត្តកំពង់ឆ្នាំង ត្រូវសហការជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរស្រុក-ឃុំ ដើម្បីរៀបចំប្រព័ន្ធលូរំដោះទឹកចេញពីផ្លូវ និងជៀសវាងការចាក់ដីលើចិញ្ចើមផ្លូវ ដើម្បីធានាឱ្យផ្លូវប្រើប្រាស់បានយូរអង្វែង។
បន្ទាប់ពីបានពិនិត្យជាក់ស្តែង គណៈកម្មាធិការបានឯកភាពទទួលយកលទ្ធផលបញ្ចប់ការងារថែទាំខួប ១០០% សម្រាប់គម្រោងទី១ និងបញ្ចប់សុពលភាពជាស្ថាពរ សម្រាប់គម្រោងទី២ ព្រមទាំងបានសំណូមពរឱ្យអាជ្ញាធរ និងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋក្នុងមូលដ្ឋាន ចូលរួមថែរក្សាសមិទ្ធផលផ្លូវទាំងនេះឱ្យបានល្អប្រសើរ។
Kampong Chhnang Province: On Friday, October 30, 2026, H.E. Chhim Saoky, Permanent Secretary of State, representing the high esteem of H.E. Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development, led an inter-ministerial committee comprising representatives from the Ministry of Rural Development and the Ministry of Economy and Finance to inspect, evaluate, and validate the completion of two periodic road maintenance projects in Kampong Chhnang province, as follows:
Project 1: Periodic maintenance of a Double Bituminous Surface Treatment (DBST) road line from Psar Trach to Wat Preah Theat, spanning 5,350 meters in length and 6 meters in width, along with 2 concrete road sections totaling 300 meters in length and 7 meters in width (at PK 06+000 and PK 11+650) and 1,130 square meters of road markings, located across Svay, Tbaeng Khpos, Svay Chuk, and Peam communes in Sameakki Mean Chey district, Kampong Chhnang province.Project 2: Periodic maintenance of a 6,000-meter road section comprising 5,750 meters of DBST road (6 meters wide) and 250 meters of concrete road (7 meters wide) with 1,200 square meters of road markings from PK 00+000 to PK 06+000, located across Svay, Tbaeng Khpos, Svay Chuk, and Peam communes in Sameakki Mean Chey district, Kampong Chhnang province (validation of warranty completion), implemented by the Department of Rural Road Infrastructure Development.The inspection and evaluation were attended by H.E. Chhon Setha, Under Secretary of State, H.E. Ban Borat, Under Secretary of State, the MRD Evaluation Working Group, representatives from the Department of Rural Road Infrastructure Development, the Procurement Unit, the Director of the Kampong Chhnang Provincial Department of Rural Development, and technical officers.
During the visit, the Permanent Secretary of State met with local residents living along the roads, who expressed immense joy and gratitude for receiving these new developments from the Royal Government of Cambodia through the Ministry of Rural Development. They highlighted that these infrastructure improvements significantly enhance rural livelihoods, provide clean environments, and promote socio-economic growth in the region. In addition, the inter-ministerial committee instructed the technical teams and local authorities to make specific adjustments:
The Department of Rural Road Infrastructure Development must repair the collapsed section near the pipe culvert head at PK 04+000 and install additional safety posts.
The Kampong Chhnang Provincial Department of Rural Development, in collaboration with district and commune authorities, must install drainage pipes to clear water from the roads and ensure no soil is dumped on the road shoulders to guarantee long-term durability. Following the field review, the committee officially agreed to accept the 100% completion of maintenance works for Project 1 and granted final validation of warranty completion for Project 2, while requesting local authorities and communities to actively join hands in maintaining these roads for sustainable long-term use
